Web poker has become world famous recently, with televised events and celebrity poker game shows. The games universal appeal, though, arcs back in fact a bit farther than its TV scores. Over the years numerous variations on the first poker game have been developed, including some games that are not really poker anymore. Caribbean stud poker is 1 of these games. Despite the name, Caribbean stud poker is most closely related to vingt-et-un than long-standing poker, in that the players wager against the dealer instead of the other players. The succeeding hands, are the established poker hands. There is no concealment or other types of deception. In Caribbean stud poker, you are required to pay up before the croupier declares "No further bets." At that instance, both you and the bank and of course all of the other gamblers acquire 5 cards each. Once you have observed your hand and the casino’s 1st card, you have to either make a call bet or give up. The call wager’s value is on same level to your original bet, meaning that the risks will have doubled. Giving Up means that your wager goes instantaneously to the dealer. After the wager is the face off. If the bank does not have ace/king or greater, your wager is given back, with an amount in accordance with the original wager. If the casino has a hand with ace/king or better, you win if your hand defeats the casino’s hand. The dealer pony’s up cash equal to your bet and set odds on your call wager. These odds are:
- Even for a pair or high card
- 2-1 for 2 pairs
- 3-1 for three of a kind
- 4-1 for a straight
- 5-1 for a flush
- 7-1 for a full house
- 20-1 for a 4 of a kind
- 50-1 for a straight flush
- one hundred to one for a royal flush
